Nexus AG is a leading European software company in the e-health sector, developing and delivering innovative solutions for healthcare providers across international markets.

SYNLAB Medical Digital Services is a leading provider in the Danish healthcare market. Its core platform, WebReq, represents a critical component of the digital infrastructure in primary care and is widely adopted across Denmark, supporting approximately 3,200 clinics and more than 8,000 daily users.

The transaction unites two leading players in clinical communication, bringing together complementary strengths in digital laboratory requisitions across key markets, including Germany, Austria, and Denmark. The shared ambition is to accelerate innovation and scale these solutions across Europe.
