Lund Elmer Sandager advises the owners of CodeSealer on the sale to Promon
On 12 August 2026, Promon, a Norwegian app shielding and software security company owned by a consortium led by GRO Capital, announced the completion of its acquisition of CodeSealer.
CodeSealer provides invisible, end-to-end user interface protection through a unique web security solution designed to eliminate Man-in-the-Middle and Man-in-the-Browser vulnerabilities. CodeSealer’s technology will continue as Promon Shield for Web™ – extending Promon’s protection beyond mobile and desktop applications to web applications and their underlying APIs.
