Sebastian specializes in M&A transactions, private equity, and venture capital. Sebastian’s clients are private equity investors, institutional investors and business owners, and he advises on both domestic and cross-border transactions.

As an experienced corporate law advisor, Sebastian assists with incorporation and corporate structuring of companies, shareholder agreements and major restructurings, including mergers and divestments.

Sebastian has advised both buy side and sell side clients on numerous transactions and focuses on, with a commercial mindset and legal experience, getting the deal through.
