Lund Elmer Sandager advises Lagercrantz AB on the acquisition of Danish company HYCON

Lund Elmer Sandager is pleased to once again have advised the Swedish technology group Lagercrantz AB in connection with a strategic M&A transaction. This time, the transaction concerns the acquisition of HYCON, a Danish manufacturer, global supplier, and innovator of high-performance hydraulic tools and power units.

Lagercrantz AB is a Swedish listed technology group operating in a number of specialised B2B niches. The group focuses on value-creating technical solutions within areas such as electrification, control systems, niche products, and industrial components.

HYCON is a Denmark-based company specialising in the development and manufacturing of hydraulic tools and associated power units. The company has established a strong position in the global market and is recognised for delivering robust, high-performance solutions designed for demanding environments.

The acquisition forms part of Lagercrantz’s ongoing strategy to strengthen its position within technology-driven niche markets through the acquisition of specialised companies with strong products and international growth potential.
