Concept Data is a Danish IT company established in 1991. The company provides comprehensive IT infrastructure services, including consultancy, setup, programming, and support. 

With many years of experience and a strong customer base, Concept Data has built a solid position in the market. The company is also an official partner and reseller of Uniconta, a cloud-based ERP platform covering all aspects of business administration, including financial management, inventory management, project management and more.

Simple Solution IT is a rapidly growing IT service provider focusing on modern cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and efficient IT operations. The company is part of the Simple Agency Group, which consists of several businesses that together offer complete solutions within IT, web development, and digital marketing.

The acquisition comprises 100% of the shares in Concept Data and strengthens Simple Solution IT’s market position and expands its customer portfolio as well as its competencies within IT services.
