Our Business Support teams include HR, Communication & Marketing, Finance, IT, Compliance & Knowledge, and Facility Management.

Twice a year, you will also meet with your manager and HR to create a personal development plan, setting clear goals and a direction tailored to your ambitions and needs.

At LES, we prioritize community and social activities that strengthen relationships both in and outside of work.

Each year, we gather for LES Corporate Camp where we combine professional development with social activities that bring teams together across departments. Corporate Camp is a highlight of our social calendar, ending with a festive summer party.

Throughout the year, you can also look forward to our Winter Party and Friday Bars, including our Alumni Friday Bar for both current and former LES colleagues.

For those who enjoy ending the week in good company, there is always the option to unwind with a soda, beer or a glass of wine on Friday afternoons.
