To apply for a position at LES, you need to provide some personal details in our recruitment system and upload your CV.

If there are no current job openings that match your profile, you can activate our job agent to receive notifications when a relevant position becomes available. You are also always welcome to submit an unsolicited application.

Your application will be reviewed by LES’ head of HR and the hiring manager.

You will receive a response to your application, regardless of whether you are invited for an interview or not.

During the interview, you will typically meet LES’ head of HR and the hiring manager. If additional participants are present, we will inform you in advance.

Most hiring processes include a second interview and sometimes a case assignment. The case helps us understand your approach to tasks and your working style. Depending on the position, we may also incorporate assessments such as a personality profile or a cognitive test. The case and tests are not decisive factors but serve as supplementary insights in our overall evaluation.

We strive to create a relaxed and welcoming interview atmosphere, giving you the opportunity to learn more about the position and LES as a workplace. At the same time, we want to get to know you better, so we will ask about your skills, experience and motivation.

Your onboarding begins the moment you accept your new position at LES.

To ensure a smooth start, you will be assigned a buddy who will help you settle in and is available for any questions you may have.

On your first day, you will have breakfast with your new team and a tour of the office, where you will meet your new colleagues.

Throughout your onboarding, you will receive an introduction to our values, IT systems, security procedures and workflows. You will also participate in training sessions that will enable you to work with our legal and administrative systems.
