The Swedish listed Lagercrantz Group has acquired all shares in the Danish company NST DK A/S. NST DK A/S is a niche player in the Danish market for electrical components and electromechanics.

Reconor A/S, the Danish environmental services group, has acquired Mijodan, a waste management business based in Agerskov, Denmark. The acquisition continues the expansion of Reconor, offering complete solutions for collection and management of waste.
