FAQ on the Pay Transparency Directive

A number of new pay transparency requirements will soon take affect in Denmark. The legislation stems from the EU Pay Transparency Directive (Directive (EU) 2023/970 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 May 2023), which aims to strengthen equal pay for men and women performing the same work or work of equal value, and to ensure greater transparency in companies’ pay structures.
