Lene Lindved Fruensgaard

Lene is an attorney specialising in employment law and advises both private companies and public organisations on all aspects of labour and employment law.

She provides advice on both collective and individual employment relationships, including the drafting of executive and employment contracts, employee relations, and the handling of dismissals, summary terminations, disputes, and industrial injury cases.

Lene also has particular experience with cases at the intersection of employment and criminal law, where she combines her legal insight with a practical understanding of investigation and evidence, and also acts as counsel for victims.

As part of Lund Elmer Sandager’s whistleblower team, Lene advises on the establishment and operation of whistleblower schemes as well as the legal handling of reports. She assists with case assessments, internal investigations, and the management of related HR matters or potential criminal issues.

Before joining the legal profession, Lene worked as a police officer and investigator, giving her unique expertise in criminal law, investigation, and conflict management. She also brings experience from both employee and employer organisations, contributing to a broad and nuanced understanding of the labour market and the legal mechanisms underlying employment law matters.
